Parcels are generally shipped within 24 hours after reception of your payment. The standard shipping mode is Colissimo. Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track your parcel online.

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They contain a fixed and a variable component depending on the weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders and you will have to pay postage for each of them. A particular care is given to parcels containing fragile items... Parcels are oversized and protected.

A practical and economical delivery in relay point offers a real plus. With over 2,300 delivery points in France, you can deliver your package to the closest store nearby. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after shipping.
